Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computational Scientist with expertise in antibody design, and machine learning to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will make a key contribution to our mission by establishing the in-silico aspects of our unique scientific platform. In this role, you will contribute to the development of novel antibodies through advanced computational methods, integrating with experimental datasets and contributing to our overall computational strategy. Key responsibilities:

  • Develop machine learning methods or other modeling approaches to predict target binding and developability profiles of novel antibodies;
  • Leverage internally created experimental datasets to improve the accuracy of the in-silico predictions;
  • Contribute to shaping the overall computational strategy of the company;
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in the rapidly evolving field of computational protein design and related fields;
  • Integrate into our interdisciplinary team and foster a positive ‘can-do’ environment;
  • Meticulously document all research activities and results in lab journals and technical reports;
  • Present key findings at internal meetings.


  • PhD or M.Sc with at least 2 years of industrial experience in computational biology, computer science, biophysics, or related field;
  • Experience working with antibody design using machine learning and/or other computational methods;
  • Deep understanding of antibody sequence, structure, function, and antigen recognition;
  • Knowledge of how to predict antibody developability from sequence information;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating adaptability, commitment, and a strong team player attitude;
  • Willingness to embrace the challenges and opportunities of working in a startup environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
