Do you want to play a key role in the innovative NLBioImaging consortium? As a postdoctoral researcher, you will be at the heart of our dynamic and collaborative research environment. Here, you will develop smart bioimage analysis techniques for complex biological processes. Collaborate with biologists, physicists, and data scientists to make new discoveries and address important biological questions. Are you ready for this challenge? If so, we would love to meet you!
As a postdoctoral researcher in the NLBioImaging consortium, you play a crucial role in our dynamic and collaborative research environment. Your main responsibilities include developing and applying innovative bioimage analysis techniques for high-content imaging data. This contributes to a deeper understanding of complex biological processes. Additionally, you work on developing imaging modules and workflows that enable reproducible analyses and reusable imaging methods, following the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) principles.
You closely collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, including biologists, physicists, and data scientists, to address fundamental questions in biology and make groundbreaking discoveries. You also organize and participate in training activities, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the national infrastructure, actively contributing to the growth of the broader scientific community.
As part of your role, you actively participate in networks such as Neubias and AI4life to promote collaboration and expand your contacts within the scientific community. You contribute to the design and implementation of data management strategies to effectively process large-scale bioimaging datasets. Additionally, you publish your research results in top journals and present your work at national and international conferences, contributing to the scientific community.
