Abstract of the project:

In this project, we will study the HLA-viral antigen interaction influencing the polarization of CD4 T cells after SARC-CoV-2 infection. We will study the molecular pathways involved and explore the role of regulatory T cells in the modulation of this immune response. In addition, we will determine the polarization of T cells in diabetic patients, which is one of the risk factors for severe COVID-19.

The project Covimune has received funding from the French National Funding Agency ANR.
