The competition is open to persons who meet the conditions set out in Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on higher education and science (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668) and the following qualification criteria:
- Master's degree in biology, environmental protection or related field;
- Documented scientific achievements in the field of aquatic animal ecology (especially fish) in the form of articles in peer-reviewed JCR-indexed journals;
- Fluent English, spoken and written, enabling effective communication and preparation of scientific articles;
- Familiarity with statistical methods of data analysis, enabling the development of experimental results and preparation of scientific articles;
- Strong motivation to work scientifically and to acquire new knowledge and technical skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, to be able to work as part of a team.
