This project offers a unique opportunity to apply state-of-the-art cryo-electron microscopy, together with biochemical and biophysical approaches, to uncover how chromatin-associated molecular machines interact with, remodel, and regulate the genome.
The research engineer will primarily work in IEG’s shared molecular laboratory and be part of the department’s coordinated lab organization, thereby contributing to other joint tasks connected to the laboratory’s overall activities. The research
The research project involves the development of a fast X-ray light modulator to be used at synchrotron facilities. The aim of the modulator is to enable time-resolved measurements on the nanosecond timescale, building upon steady-state (continuous)
