Support biomarker efforts for the various projects within the department; either for stand-alone projects or as full scientific project leader in the biomarker department
Oversee experimentation design and planning, and delivery of high-quality scientific data on time in full and within budget
Ensure operational efficiency, effective scheduling, and continuous improvement
Drive innovation and ensure on time delivery of scientific excellence
Delivery on the KPIs of the project
Ensure a collaborative and open working environment that promotes information sharing, integration of all stakeholders and ensuring that scientific data translates into project-related conclusions
Qualifications:
PhD in Life Sciences/Biology or related area with several years (>4Y) of post-doctoral experience in Biomarker discovery
Experience and know-how in immuno-assays development, high-sensitivity assays, clinical trial measurements and requirements
Experience in project leadership of small stand-alone or complex projects, preferably in either Neuroscience or Immunology/Auto-immune Disease
Excellent command of the English language
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High level of initiative, flexibility, and teamwork
