Help shape the future of premix creation across EMEA. In this cross-functional role, you will combine formulation expertise, digital system leadership and portfolio governance to support the implementation of JARVIS, dsm-firmenich’s new internal digital formulation and premix creation platform. You will help guide new and modified premixes from digital formulation through Technical Transfer and production readiness, connecting Formulation with Quality, Operations and Manufacturing.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA adoption of JARVIS, our new internal digital formulation and premix creation platform, through training, user support, testing and continuous improvement.
• Govern the EMEA premix portfolio, ensuring accurate product-selection, exclusivity and lifecycle data across formulation systems.
• Coordinate formulation-related activities during Technical Transfer, supporting the successful handover of new and modified premixes into manufacturing.
• Act as the technical interface between Formulation, Quality and Operations on topics including production readiness, formulation changes and quality investigations.
• Serve as the primary decision-making interface for formulation-related topics, aligning formulators across sites and driving pragmatic solutions with Quality and Operations stakeholders

You bring

• A university degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Food Chemistry or a related discipline.
• At least four years of experience in food, beverages, food supplements, pharmaceuticals or a related technical field.
• Strong formulation knowledge and the ability to connect formula design with Technical Transfer and manufacturing operations.
• Experience working with formulation, product-lifecycle-management or technical data-management systems; SAP experience is a strong advantage.
• The ability to coordinate effectively across Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Production and other stakeholders.
• A decisive, ownership-driven mindset — someone who can align stakeholders, navigate technical complexity, and commit to a clear path forward without requiring escalation at every step.
• Fluent English, a structured and proactive working style, and strong attention to detail; Polish is a significant advantage.
