In this exciting role you will

• Lead complex research programs with mid- to long-term goals in collaboration with S&T teams
• Design and manage clinical and preclinical studies - from protocol development to ethics submissions - ensuring thoughtfulness
• Build partnerships with universities, research centers, CROs, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Align clinical activities with global and regional regulatory strategies and contribute to scientific dossiers for nutraceutical frameworks (focus on North America & Europe)
• Be a scientific liaison across our teams - regulatory, marketing, sales, QC, industrial, procurement, and logistics
• Prepare impactful scientific communications, publications, and presentations for internal and external audiences
• Represent Givaudan at global scientific conferences and help position us as a leader in innovation
• Provide strategic input to R&D priorities and foster knowledge-sharing and collaboration across the organization

Your professional profile includes

• PhD in Biology, Physiology, Nutrition, or a related health science (as an advantage background in Neuroscience)
• Participation in clinical research during their Master's degree and/or their PhD studies required; as an advantage post-doctoral research experience
• Experience in neuroscience or nutricosmetic health
• Business Fluent in English; as an advantage French
• Analytical mind and data fluency
• Experienced in conveying complex scientific ideas cleary
• Proficiency in digital tools and research software
