Job description
The successful candidate will investigate the molecular basis and dynamics of how antibiotic-resistant Gram-negative pathogens response to membrane stress. The candidate will employ advanced bacterial functional genetic screens and -Omics, in combination with live-cell imaging.
The ideal candidate should have
- A PhD in molecular microbiology;
- Strong expertise in bacterial genetic engineering, functional genetic screening and transcriptomic/proteomic analysis;
- Experience with microfluidics will be highly valuable;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
