What you will do:
- Lead the full lifecycle of complex programs from contract signature to delivery
- Act as the single point of contact for customers and advocate for their needs on-site
- Manage cross-functional project teams in a matrix environment
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to manage risks and resolve issues
- Support scope changes and amendments in collaboration with Sales and Proposals teams
- Coach and mentor team members to foster growth and collaboration
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biotechnology, biology, or a related field; PhD preferred
- Proven multi-year experience in project or program management, ideally in pharma or CDMO environments
- Strong understanding of microbial drug substance manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
