Your future tasks include:

• Experimental work in the Applied Quantum Sensing team;
• Design, develop, and test optical, electronic, magnetic, and microwave solutions for quantum systems-on-chip;
• Drive the development and exploration of novel quantum control protocols and implement software and hardware solutions.

Your profile:

• MSc in solid-state physics, NMR, quantum technologies, optics, spectroscopy, or a related field;
• Passion for physics, curiosity, and an open mindset;
• Strong experimental skills and enthusiasm for hands-on lab work;
• Programming, engineering, and prototyping skills are a plus;
• Interest in applied research and solving industrial relevant challenges;
• Autonomous, with self-initiative, well organized and enjoying working in a dynamic and multicultural team;
• Professional communication skills in English, command of German language is a plus;
• Willingness to relocate to Villach, Austria.
