Your position
- Analysis and integration of single-cell multi-omics data (e.g. scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq, multiome);
- Development and implementation of computational pipelines for large-scale data processing;
- Application of trajectory inference, lineage tracing, and regulatory network analysis;
- Integration of transcriptomic, epigenomic, and proteomic datasets;
- Collaboration with experimental researchers to translate computational findings into biological insights;
- Contribution to method development and data-driven hypothesis generation.
Your profile
- PhD in bioinformatics, systems & computational biology, or related field;
- Strong experience in single-cell data analysis;
- Proficiency in R and/or Python and relevant bioinformatics frameworks;
- Experience with multi-omics integration and/or regulatory network analysis is highly desirable;
- Familiarity with high-performance computing environments and workflow systems (e.g. Snakemake, Nextflow);
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently;
- Interest in immunology or cancer biology is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
