Postdoctoral Research: Analysis of Multi-omic Datasets in Understanding Lymphopoiesis and Leukemia in Ageing
IGBMC - Institute of Genetics and Molecular and Cellular Biology
Strasbourg, France
Main Activities
- Integrative analysis of epigenomic datasets derived from healthy and leukemic patients of different ages.
- Hi-C/Micro-C analysis: quantification and comparison of compartments, topologically associated domains, chromatin loops, differential interactions.
- Single-cell RNA-seq and Multi-Ome analysis; comparison with datasets from equivalent bulk methods.
- Peak calling and differential analyses from “1D” epigenomic datasets (CUT&TAG, ATAC-seq, etc.)
- Put results into context with literature searches in the hematology/oncology domains.
Associated Activities
Presentation of results in lab meetings, conferences and publications
