You will work in a collaborative, dynamic, and friendly environment, closely cooperating with scientists within interdisciplinary research teams.

We are open to both junior-level candidates and more experienced professionals — the final position level will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, adapt, and maintain scripts for routine and project-specific analyses;
  • Document, interpret, and report analysis results with minimal supervision;
  • Prepare and present results to internal stakeholders and project teams;

Your Background

  • Education: MSc or PhD in a relevant field such as Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Data Science, Biostatistics, or related disciplines;
  • Background in bioinformatics, gained either through completed studies in this area or/and through professional experience in a bioinformatics-related role;
  • Programming skills: experience with R/Shiny and/or Python, as well as basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux — basic programming skills are an absolute must; more advanced skills are expected depending on seniority level;
  • Fluent English, enabling effective communication in an international scientific environment;
  • Strong team-oriented mindset with well-developed collaboration and communication skills;
  • Analytical and creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work effectively under time pressure;
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow within a developing bioinformatics team.
