Your tasks

  • Formulating scientific objectives and hypotheses within the project;
  • Selection of the portfolio of the magnetic materials and synthesis strategies;
  • Continuous update on the scientific literature in the field of study;
  • Synthesis and specific functional modification of the nanoparticles;
  • Data recording and managing according to good scientific practice;
  • Evaluation and interpretation of the experimental results;
  • Building a collaboration within a consortium.

Your profile

  • Completed PhD in the field of biomedical engineering, biophysics, biochemistry, nanoscience and nanotechnology or comparable natural sciences;
  • Relevant professional experience in the specified area;
  • Experience in the field of synthesis and biomedical applications of the magnetic nanomaterials, imaging, bioassays;
  • Motivation to engage in scientific research and method development;
  • Willingness to collaborate in interdisciplinary research teams;
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.
