Job Description
- Support formulation and drug‑product development through training, document review, and participation in project and team meetings;
- Contribute to experimental design by drafting protocols, preparing calculation sheets, defining timelines, and coordinating material needs;
- Execute formulation and drug‑product experiments, including AMB and DP development, characterization activities, and tox‑lot preparation;
- Perform analytical testing such as RP‑U(H)PLC, Size Exclusion Chromatography, dynamic and static light scattering, Western Blots, SDS‑Page, and protein‑content assays to enable real‑time process understanding;
- Analyze experimental and analytical data in collaboration with project scientists and contribute during data‑review discussions;
- Prepare and manage scientific documentation including batch records, CDWs, lab notebooks, and formulation flow‑sheets;
- Coordinate sample handling, including dispatch to ARD and follow‑up on results when relevant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biophysics, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field;
- Minimum of 1–3 years of hands‑on laboratory experience;
- Fluency in English is a must, French is a plus;
- Practical experience with drug‑product process technologies such as sterile filtration, aseptic operations, mixing, resuspension, and filling.
