We are looking for an expert in Nutrition to further strengthen our number 1 market position in monogastric nutrition. We look for a highly collaborative and motivated individual, with the willingness to drive this field to new scientific hights, while keeping at heart Ethics and our customers’ interests.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead scientific workstream in R&D projects;
• Conceive, execute and report on R&D trials to answer needs of projects and market;
• Provide Scientific support to existing products and solutions;
• Further develop Scientific and Technical expertise of Scientific department;
• Develop and maintain strong scientific network, internally and externally;
• Reinforce scientific recognition of dsm-firmenich through publication in international peer-reviewed journal and participation in international events.

You bring

• Strong Expertise in the field of Poultry Nutrition (Swine experience on top is an advantage), with experience with developing and testing feed additives;
• Good knowledge about statistics and modelling;
• A solid scientific network that could be mobilized to answer R&D and marketing demands;
• A highly collaborative attitude with the ability to operate within multiple teams as well as independently and to take initiative within agreed perimeter of responsibilities;
• Candidate must be fluent in English and able to travel. PhD level is preferred, with at least 4-5 years of experience in the field.
