Description (field, expectations, comments):
The competition is open to persons who meet the conditions set out in Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on higher education and science (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668) and the following qualification criteria:
- Required: Master's degree, Master of Science in Engineering, or equivalent in physical sciences or a closely related discipline;
- Preferred: Publications in atomic/molecular physics;
- Required: Experience in molecular quantum theory and computation of molecular complexes bound states;
- Required: Programming skills and experience in numerical methods;
- Preferred: Knowledge of the theory of molecular shapes and collision-induced optical resonances;
- Required: Good command of English (both written and spoken);
- Teamwork skills and strong motivation for research.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data analysis and theoretical work on the project;
- Calculation of collision-induced line shape effects and bound states of molecular complexes;
- Validation of ab initio calculations on experimental data;
- Support for students and PhD students involved in the project.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Master's degree, Master of Science in Engineering, or equivalent in physical sciences or a closely related discipline;
- Publications in atomic/molecular physics;
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Preferred:
- Skills and experience in molecular spectral analysis;
- Knowledge of molecular theory and spectral modeling;
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills;
- Ability to work in a team.
