Job Description
- Joining our NK and γδ T cell team means contributing to groundbreaking approaches that aim to transform cancer treatment;
- In this role, you will develop components and processes for the automated production of GMP-compliant cell therapy products and perform comprehensive characterization of immune cells;
- A key part of your work will involve separating, expanding, and genetically modifying primary cells, while conducting phenotypic and detailed functional analyses of immune cells;
- You will also be responsible for implementing new software-based applications for cell separation and culture using our CliniMACS Prodigy®, a fully automated, closed system for cellular immunotherapy;
- Additionally, you will plan and execute experiments independently, collaborate closely with your team and other research groups, prepare protocols and reports, and present your findings at internal meetings;
- Through your contributions, you will help shape the ongoing development of our cutting-edge technologies for treating serious diseases.
Qualifications
- You hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline;
- Hands-on experience working with γδ T cells, Natural Killer (NK) cells, and other immune cell types is needed;
- You demonstrate proven expertise in mammalian cell culture techniquesa and show proficiency in cell analysis methods such as flow cytometry, ELISA, and microscopy;
- You maintain strong adherence to good documentation practices and possess a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements in a highly regulated clinical laboratory setting;
- With full professional proficiency in English, you communicate effectively, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and deliver training sessions or demonstrations when needed.
