What you will do:

• Manage a team of Bioprocess Engineers;
• Manage and support the operational activities of a manufacturing unit with regard to safety, quality and on-time-in full delivery;
• Accountable for the performance and sales delivery results of the assigned area;
• Responsible for all process procedures, MES recipes oversight and release, ensuring compliance with the related Bioconjugates SOPs;
• Responsible for all documentation related to process stream;
• Main point of contact for project team (including MES, MSAT, QC, QA), customer and process related questions during audits/inspections;
• Perform Deviation- and change management;
• Ensure that operational activities for manufacturing are performed in a timely manner and within given safety and quality standards.

What we are looking for:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related Life Science subject, or Bachelor’s holder with experience in pharma production;
• Solid work experience in Downstream Processing or BioConjugates Manufacturing in the biotech/biopharma industry;
• In-depth knowledge of downstream processing techniques;
• Very good GMP understanding;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Emphasize collaboration and teamwork with an open and dedicated approach.
