About the role

As an R & D Senior Laboratory Specialist at Reckitt, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment alongside a team of expert scientists dedicated to ensuring product safety and efficacy. Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in supporting technical dossier management and analytical lab compliance.

Your responsibilities

• Laboratory testing of household chemical products and raw materials, in a regulated environment where GMP/GLP standards apply;
• Formulation of laboratory samples for stability and consumer testing;
• Participation in industrial trials, supervising compliance with conducting production tests according to the requirements provided in the ITR (Industrial Trial Request);
• Updating and preparing required documentation (e.g., stability test reports, IT reports);
• Execution of routine tasks resulting from laboratory work within a specified scope of responsibility (e.g., calibration of selected control and measurement devices);
• Cooperation with internal business partners (Supply, Marketing, Regulatory, Safety);
• Cooperation with raw materials and laboratory equipment suppliers;
• Progressing individual research projects.

The experience we're looking for

• Master’s degree (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or similar);
• Experience in laboratory work, ideally with GMP/GLP standards;
• Good command of English;
• Ability to deal with issues and solve them, having a pragmatic approach;
• Result-oriented, self-motivating and innovative;
• Openness to change and ability to think out of the box.
