(Junior) Analytical Specialist - LC-MS/MS

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize quantitative bioanalytical methods for compound analysis using LC-MS/MS;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with bioanalytical instrumentation and methods;
• Conducti in vitro ADME experiments, including sample preparation, analytical method development, sample analysis, and data interpretation in line with study requirements;
• Develop and implement new assays/methods under supervision;
• Collaborate with project teams, clients and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data;
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all studies in laboratory notebooks;
• Follow all Selvita SOPs, DMPK guidelines and study protocols while conducting the studies;
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while supporting integration ADME team;
• Perform all duties in accordance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.

Your Background

• MSc or Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, or equivalent (Ph.D. in analytical chemistry preferred for senior roles);
• Experience with LC-MS/MS analytical techniques or ADME will be a plus;
• Good hands-on laboratory experience, preferably in the analytical or ADME fields;
• Fluency in English (both written & verbal);
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to work;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team;
• Good time management and organizational skills.
