The holder of the position is responsible for developing research in the subject area wildlife ecology together with researchers within the faculty and other parts of SLU. The holder shall also contribute to the pedagogic development in the subject area.
The subject encompasses terrestrial microbial ecology with a focus where computational and experimental research is combined to increase the knowledge about the ecology of microorganisms and their importance for the functioning of soil ecosystems.
