Job description

Conduct research in algebraic combinatorics under the supervision of Professor Petter Brändén. The position is 80% research and 20% teaching.

Qualifications

Requirements

• A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree. This eligibility requirement must be met no later than the time the employment decision is made;
• Experience of research in algebraic combinatorics or neighboring areas;
• Good knowledge of English, for the day-to-day work.

Preferred qualifications

• A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree, obtained within the last three years prior to the application deadline;
• Research expertise;
• Teaching abilities;
• Awareness of diversity and equal opportunity issues, with specific focus on gender equality;
• Collaborative abilities;
• Independence.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal skills.
