An opportunity is available for a Research Support Officer to join the group of Dr Marco Tripodi at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) to provide research support for work on behavioural, anatomical and electrophysiological studies in rodents. The post-holder will characterise the role of distinct neuronal populations in goal directed behaviours.

The candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject and experience with design and analysis of rodent’s behavioural tests, in vivo studies in rodents and with stereotaxic injections. Experience with viral design and RNA in situ imaging is desirable.
