Post-doctoral Position - Cell Biology/Epigenetics

The project is part of a transdisciplinary effort funded by ANR to find new therapeutic approaches to fight infection. During infection of epithelial cells Chlamydia-driven epigenetic modifications occur, that favor bacterial growth. The project aims at identifying drugs counteracting these epigenetic changes, dissecting their mode of action and characterizing their effect on the innate immune response in organoid models of infection.
Candidate:
- The post-doc, a highly motivated research fellow, will have a strong background in cell biology, and in epigenetics. Experience in microbiology is not required.
- Diploma required: PhD.
