Your responsibilities

  • Application of modern biostatistics to large scale datasets. These include single cell/nuclei RNA seq data, proteomics data;
  • Establishing a two-photon calcium imaging analysis pipeline for pericytes in cerebral slices;
  • Project management and supervising doctoral students.

Your profile

  • PhD in Intergative Molecular Medicine or in Neuroscience;
  • Experience in the field of cerebrobvascular biology;
  • Experience analyzing two-photon calcium imaging data to elucidate cellular activity;
  • Minimum 3 years of postoc experience;
  • Demonstrated experience in the analysis of single cell/nuclei RNA-seq data, proteomics data;
  • Knowlegde in R and Python;
  • Experience with cloud-based HPC environments;
  • Experience with mouse handling and breeding transgenic mouse lines;
  • Valid FELASA cat. B certificate;
  • Demonstrated experience in imaging techniques confocal microscopy and light-sheet microscopy and image analysis;
  • Experience in cell culture techniques.
