Your responsibilities
- Application of modern biostatistics to large scale datasets. These include single cell/nuclei RNA seq data, proteomics data;
- Establishing a two-photon calcium imaging analysis pipeline for pericytes in cerebral slices;
- Project management and supervising doctoral students.
Your profile
- PhD in Intergative Molecular Medicine or in Neuroscience;
- Experience in the field of cerebrobvascular biology;
- Experience analyzing two-photon calcium imaging data to elucidate cellular activity;
- Minimum 3 years of postoc experience;
- Demonstrated experience in the analysis of single cell/nuclei RNA-seq data, proteomics data;
- Knowlegde in R and Python;
- Experience with cloud-based HPC environments;
- Experience with mouse handling and breeding transgenic mouse lines;
- Valid FELASA cat. B certificate;
- Demonstrated experience in imaging techniques confocal microscopy and light-sheet microscopy and image analysis;
- Experience in cell culture techniques.
