Postdoctal Research Position: Tumor Cell Biology - T Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-ALL)

EPFL - Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne

Lausanne, Switzerland

You will extend a previous research endeavor to unravel the single or combined role of two crucial transcription factors and/or chromatin remodelers in established T-ALL disease settings. A major interest is to evaluate how specific transcription factors are involved in shaping the pre-leukemic state and subsequently maintenance of Notch1-driven T-ALL by assessing the chromatin structure of transformed leukemic cells. Using epigenetic analysis tools downstream after extracting stage-specific leukemic cells, you will be able to perform functional studies including but not limited to proliferation and cell cycle analysis, apoptosis, RNA- and ATAC-seq.
