We are looking for a highly qualified scientist in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) driven data integration and predictive analytics in metabolism with enthusiasm for inter- and multidisciplinary research, and commitment to teaching.
The candidate is expected to have outstanding expertise in the strategic and methodical management of large research data sets, including the integration of multi-omics with AI-powered technology. This includes techniques for improvement of data quality, data analysis, and decision-making to strengthen, expand and cross-link existing research cluster topics within the university. The candidate should have outstanding expertise in machine learning-enhanced predictive analytics utilizing Natural Language Processing along with programming skills in Python, PyTorch, R, MATLAB and PowerShell.
