Alfasigma Schweiz AG is the Swiss affiliate of the Alfasigma Group with its global Headquarters in Italy. We are looking for a qualified and motivated Regulatory Affairs & Market Access Specialist for our Zofingen based office.

This function covers all regulatory and a part of the market access activities for on-market products and business development projects. In this function a high level of independent working is required next to a close cooperation with Regulatory Headquarter, Regulatory Departments from third parties and within the local affiliate.

Due to an increasing workload in the Regulatory and Market Access field, the current department structure is undergoing expansion and realignment.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing strategic, tactical and operational regulatory support for the Swiss affiliate, related to on-market products and development projects;
  • Adaptation and/or preparation of new registration applications for the Swiss market in cooperation with HQ and external consultants;
  • Life-cycle management of existing approvals, including submission of line extensions, variations, renewals, PSURs, and safety signals;
  • Reviewing product labelling to ensure conformity with applicable regulatory requirements;
  • Coordinating responses to Health Authority questions on regulatory submissions;
  • Collaboration on pricing strategy and dossiers.

Your background:

  • 4 years experience in regulatory affairs and market access within the Swiss legal framework as well as in the field of business development is a major plus;
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, French is an asset. The ability to work in a well-structured, careful and independent manner. Possess an open-minded, communicative and flexible personality with experience of working in teams with direct and short discussion and decision pathways.
