Human Technopole is looking for a Manager for the Genomic Technologies Developmental Unit for the Centre of Genomics, Functional Genomics Program. The Centre is focused in developing and applying new technologies to broadly understand gene regulation, with particular focus on the role of non-coding genome and long non-coding RNAs in the human and mammalian genomes. An overview of the Center is available at: https://humantechnopole.it/en/research-centres/genomics/.
Develop and optimize novel genomics technologies for the mission of the Centre in discussion with other groups/projects following the priorities of the Centre and Human Technopole.
Focus on development of technologies to map interactomes biological regulation in cells, including as example the genome in 3D, the interactome of RNA/RNA, RNA/Chromatin and RNA binding proteins, imaging and related omics areas, moving towards miniaturization and ideally single cells.
Standardization of technologies for quantitative measurements of biological phenomena, to develop in highly parallelized, multiomics assays.
Organize and supervise personnel in the Centre involved in development of technologies/projects.
