Project description

The position will be associated with the project "Assembly of ionic two-dimentional nanomaterials and functional polymer for energy-related application". The project aims to explore and engineering low-dimentional nano-composite mateirals for diverse appliction, especially for energy and environment.

Main responsibilities

The position involves research in the synthesis and modification of innovative ionic two-dimentional nanomaterials (incluting but not limited graphene oxide and MXene), preparing their hybrid materials with functiong polymer, such as conducitng polymer, poly(ionic liquid), exploring their applicaiton in the fields of energy and environment, including energy storage, electrocatalisis, water treatment.

Qualification requirements

Researchers are appointed primarily for purposes of research and must hold a Swedish doctoral degree or an equivalent degree from another country.

Assessment criteria

The PhD degree should have been completed more than four years before the deadline for applications.

In the appointment process, special attention will be given to research skills in synthesis and modification of two-dimension materials, nanocarbon materials, functional membranes, and energy storage.
