The Molecular Immune Regulation group at the Department of Biomedicine of the University Hospital Basel in Switzerland is seeking a highly motivated postdoc with a strong background in bioinformatic analysis of genome-wide datasets. Our lab is interested in understanding molecular pathways involved in immune regulation. We focus on miRNAs and miRNA-regulated genetic networks in T cells. We combine genetic mouse models with various-omics approaches and apply the latest genome engineering tools to dissect molecular pathways in mouse and human cells (Baumjohann et al., Nat Imm, 2013; Kornete et al, J Imm, 2018). In addition, we develop new concepts for genome engineering-based cell therapy.
